A person who has this type of disorder will manifest lower back pain and and stiffness of the hips. The pain commonly occurs in the morning after the body has rested for a long period of time. Rheumatoid Arthritis is also caused by genetics. The younger generation of the family who has a history of Rheumatoid Arthritis will have a higher risk of getting the disorder.
Proper diet and exercise should be observed. Take note that obese people have greater chance of suffering from joint pain. The joints are very sensitive to friction. Once these joints are not used properly, there will be bone and joint deformities. The person will manifest pain and inflammation over the area.
